Skip Wagner, the current Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo president and CEO, is set to become president of Texas A&M’s 12th Man Foundation, according to a person with knowledge of the situation. The 12th Man Foundation is the fund-rasing arm of Aggies athletics. An approval process is still at hand, but Wagner is expected to replace Miles Marks, who retired last fall.
