Players Who Can Upset Higher Seeds This Tournament
Former Davidson College guard Stephen Curry had one of the most breath-taking NCAA tournament performances ever witnessed. In 2008 Curry lead the 10th-seeded Davidson Wildcats on a "Cinderella" run to the Elite 8, before falling to eventual national champs, the Kansas Jayhawks, by only two points.
Curry led his team in scoring for every round of the NCAA tournament. Putting up 40 points against Gonzaga in the Round of 64, 30 points against Georgetown in the Round of 32, 33 points against Wisconsin in the Sweet 16 and then 25 points in a loss to the Jayhawks.
I sat down with ESPN's Jay Bilas to find out which smaller-school players can put the team on his shoulders, in an effort to resurrect the March Madness ghost of Stephen Curry.
