The Miami Heat (51-14) entered Sunday’s matchup with the Toronto Raptors (26-41) as the winners of 21 straight games, but they faced a tough test against a Raptors team fighting for a chance to make the postseason in the Eastern Conference.

If Toronto were to make a late-season run and steal a spot in the postseason as the eighth seed, the team would almost certainly face the Heat in the first round, making this matchup a possible playoff preview.

The Raptors had won three of their last five games coming into Sunday’s game, but the lineup has continued to learn to work together after obtaining Rudy Gay via trade from the Memphis Grizzlies and losing Andre Bargnani to an injury for the season (h/t Toronto Sun).

With a hard-fought battle from two tough teams, let's take a look at a recap of the action from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
