Stand-in Reading boss Eamonn Dolan has played down his added responsibilities despite taking charge of a team looking increasingly set for relegation.
Dolan picked up the reins for Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Manchester United following the shock dismissal of Brian McDermott last week.
