CHICAGO — Iowa wanted to send a statement with an exclamation point, but it was sent packing with a question mark. In a must-win game with postseason implications, Iowa collapsed yet again under the weight of its turnovers and tough foul calls in a tight game away from Carver-Hawkeye Arena. The Hawkeyes surrendered a 13-point, second-half lead and lost 59-56 to No. 8 Michigan State at United Center.
