Jennings Signs with Vikings: 'It's a Business'

Last season, the Green Bay Packers offered Greg Jennings a contract extension worth about $10 million a year, but the two-time Pro Bowl receiver turned it down. They weren’t willing to go that high this time around. On Friday, the unrestricted free agent signed with the rival Minnesota Vikings. Multiple reports put the five-year deal at $47.5 million, an average of $9.5 million per season. In the first three years, Jennings will make $27 million. It reportedly contained $18 million in guaranteed money, although that won’t be known for sure until the contract is available via sources with access to NFL Players Association salary information
