The Philadelphia Eagles made three moves Thursday hoping to fix what was an extremely disappointing defense in 2012. The team initially announced agreements with cornerback Cary Williams (three years) and safety Kenny Phillips (one year), two players who won't have to travel very far in their move to Philly.
