ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that Jennings will be visiting with the Vikings on Thursday:

And it's on: Packers free-agent WR Greg Jennings is visiting today with...the Minnesota Vikings.3/14/2013, 10:59:10 AM
Rest assured, Vikings fans, general manager Rick Spielman isn't going to overpay for Jennings should he come to an agreement with the receiver.
ESPN's Tom Pelissero seems to believe the market is somewhat set for Jennings:

Talked to an NFL personnel man who bets Greg Jennings struggles to get $8M/year unless price drop triggers new round of bidding. Back to GB?3/14/2013, 3:56:00 PM
A reasonable contract, from my perspective, would be a two-year deal worth between $13-$14 million.
Jennings is a phenomenal receiver when healthy. He is one of the best route-runners in the NFL, has excellent hands and has a knack for making big plays after the catch, which is imperative for the Vikings.
Back in 2010, his last healthy season, Jennings totaled 415 yards after the catch, which ranked No. 3 amongst receivers that year (and ahead of Percy Harvin, who had 400 YAC that season).
Christian Ponder doesn't feature a strong arm, and most of the big plays for the Vikings' aerial attack come after the catch. If Jennings were to be signed, he'd immediately become Ponder's go-to guy on the perimeter, with tight end Kyle Rudolph as his top target in the middle of the field.
As long as the Vikings can sign Jennings to a short-term, prove-it deal, he'd be a phenomenal acquisition for the team. If he's looking for long-term security with lots of guaranteed money, however, the team should let him crawl back to Green Bay with his hat in hand.
Given his recent injury history, Jennings hasn't earned the long-term, lucrative deal he seeks. But if he's willing to sign on to a deal that works for the Vikings, he'd be a dangerous weapon—provided he stayed healthy, of course.
What say you, Vikings fans? Should your team sign Jennings to a short-term deal?
