David Garrard is a New York Jet, and he expects to be given a chance to be Gang Green’s starting quarterback. The veteran QB, who hasn’t played a game since 2010, said he was willing to be a backup somewhere but was attracted to the Jets because of the shot he would have at the starting gig.
