Fan favorite Carlos Tevez has started 19 Premier League games and appeared as a substitute in five others, for a total of 1,635 minutes for Manchester City so far this season.

Here is a look at how the 29-year-old is doing by the numbers.

In the most critical statistic in soccer, goals, the Argentinian is just a shade under double-digits, having notched nine.

He has done so on 56 total shots (32 on target, 24 off target).  Tevez has uncorked a shot just a tick under once every third of a match (29 minutes).  His ratio of shots per shots on target is slightly less impressive, finding the frame with an attempt every 51 minutes.

Tevez has been clinical in terms of clear-cut chance conversion.  When offered a golden opportunity, the Manchester City man is likely to find the back of the net.  He has done so on over half of these occasions this year (55 percent).  His overall conversion rate stands at an admirable rate, too (16 percent).

In terms of passing, Tevez has contributed nicely to the Manchester City distribution game.  He has tallied seven total assists, three from set piece situations and four from open play.  His 47 total chances created give him a chance created just over every half an hour (35 minutes).  His cross attempts have found a teammate on every fourth effort (25 percent).  He has pumped in just about 2.4 crosses per match (60 total).

The Argentinian has been diverse with where he spreads his passes.  He has looked forward and to left on the same number of pass attempts (25 percent).  He has looked to the right the most of all his passes but by a negligible amount (26 percent).  He has looked backwards on 24 percent of his distribution.

In total, Carlos Tevez has completed 692 of his 819 total passes (84 percent).

As always, Tevez is a willing dribbler, engaging defenders in a one-on-one situation 54 times so far this Premier League season.  He has been successful more than once a game (29 times).

Duels have not been too kind to Tevez in the Premier League so far this season.  He has only won just over one out of every four aerial duels (27 percent) and a bit under half of his ground duels (41 percent).

He has been a constant one-on-one player, particularly when it comes to duels on the ground.  Tevez has found a ground duel once every 9.67 minutes (169 total).  Just about four times a half.

Manchester City has some critical fixtures in the coming weeks which will determine if they can finish their season with trophies.  How Tevez does the rest of the way in terms of the numbers discussed here could significantly affect their pursuit of more hardware.
