It’s not a move that brings back a starter from last season, but the Chicago Bears are keeping one of their own.

Running back Armando Allen has been tendered an offer as an exclusive rights free agent, according to an NFL source. The move happened before this weekend. The one-year offer puts Allen in position to earn $480,000 in 2013.
