Bengals coach Marvin Lewis said last month the team would use its NFL-high salary-cap space to keep its own players. That started with special teams. The Bengals kept punter Kevin Huber and long snapper Clark Harris from becoming free agents next week, signing them to deals on Friday. Terms of the agreement weren't released.
