Manager Bruce Bochy confirmed that Tim Lincecum’s continuing blister issue will keep him off the mound today from his scheduled start. Lincecum was supposed to throw a bullpen Tuesday but held off. He came to work Wednesday and played catch and will do so again today. If his catch goes OK, he’ll throw off a mound.
