Justin Masterson showed opening day form and Yan Gomes showed hustle Wednesday as the Indians beat a split-squad of Dodgers, 4-0, in a Cactus League game at Goodyear Ballpark.
Masterson, the Indians' Opening Day starter, pitched four scoreless innings in his best performance of the spring. Masterson allowed three hits, struck out three and induced three double plays.
