Kevin Garnett found Jeff Green on a back-cut for a layup with 0.5 seconds remaining to cap off the Boston Celtics' 11-0 run and 83-81 thrilling win over the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night.
With four-and-a-half minutes to go, Paul George knocked down a three-pointer to give the Pacers an 81-72 lead, but Indiana wouldn't score again after that.
