DETROIT — Red Wings defenseman Kyle Quincey had dinner and played cards with his old buddies Monday night. He and former Avalanche teammate Cody McLeod set up the dinner, and the Avs' David Jones, Jamie McGinn, Jean-Sebastien Giguere and Erik Johnson joined them for a good time on the eve of the first game of the season between Colorado and Detroit.
