According to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the deal is five years, $110 million:

According to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, Rogers will earn $40 million in the first year:

Rodgers, 29, played in all 16 regular-season games for the Packers in 2012, throwing for 4,295 yards, 39 touchdowns and only eight interceptions to help lead Green Bay to a 11-5 record and its second consecutive NFC North division title.

The Packers won their NFC Wild Card matchup against the Minnesota Vikings last January but fell on the road to the eventual NFC champion San Francisco 49ers in the divisional round. The loss was Rodgers' third in the playoffs.

The Most Valuable Player of Super Bowl XLV, Rodgers boasts a 5-3 career postseason record as a starter.

Since taking over as the full-time starter under center following Brett Favre's departure in 2008, Rodgers has started 78 regular-season games, missing just two over that time. He boasts a 52-26 career record during the regular season as a starter over the past five seasons and has led the Packers to four straight 10-plus-win seasons.

He won regular season MVP honors in 2011 and this past season ranked first among all NFL quarterbacks with a passer rating of 108.0.

Rodgers, taken 24th overall by Green Bay in the 2005 NFL draft, has completed 65.7 percent of his career passes for 21,661 yards, 171 touchdowns and just 46 total interceptions. He has another 18 career touchdowns rushing.
