Former Longhorn cornerback Jerry Gray is among 82 candidates — 77 players, five coaches — on the ballot for the 2013 class of inductees into the National Football Foundation’s College Football Hall of Fame.

If he makes the cut, Gray would become the 19th Longhorn in the hall — 17 players and coaches Darrell Royal and Dana X. Bible.
