I’ve been wondering why the Dallas Cowboys are so persistent in signing troubled player PacMan Jones. But the answer is simple. Owner Jerry Jones is hoping to reclaim the glory days of the Cowboys from the 90’s. No, it’s not because Jones is such a good player.
It’s because all the great players from those 90’s Cowboy teams were crack heads and prostitute beaters. With that in mind, who else would you want for your team than PacMan. Back then, their players smoked more crack than Marion Barry on New Year’s Eve. But, they did win three Super Bowls. Back then, to play for Dallas you had to have at least one felony to your name.
But Jerry Jones is going above and beyond this time. Last time his players were only suspended a few games during the season. Here, he’s looking to sign a guy who was suspended the entire year. His thinking must be that he’s got to crank it up a notch.
Or it could be since Michael Irvin left Dallas, Jerry Jones is looking for another guy to score smack off of. Maybe in a few years he’ll sign Michael Vick to the team since Vick actually would have been to the big house.
If only they could get O.J. Simpson on the team, imagine how unstoppable they will be.

Why some of what you are saying is true, you still left out the fact that there were innocent players on the team as well. We need some touhgness like Pacman. There is nothing wrong with having a couple of thugs on your team, look at the Patriots, jackass!!!!!

Theirs a lot of players out their that come into the NFL and need to have someone guide him in the rightb direction. their still kids and have a lot of money to go the wrong direction with. If we can get packman for the right price, lets try to help him if not cut him loose. But i think he can be salavaged, and help the team. only onr way to find out.

What kind of moronic writers does bleacher report have writing this BS do you even know anything about the dallas cowboys? do you know how many hall of famers they had from there 90s team what an idiot you are for having even wrote this any "real" dallas cowboys fan knows that jerry jones is willing to take a chance on pacman jones because cornerback is a major need for us and before pacmans off field troubles he was one of the leagues better cbs if jerry jones could get pacman for a 5th round pick it saves dallas a 1st rd pick that they would have had to use on a cb this would free dallas to use there 2 first rd picks to try to trade up for darren mcfadden who they really want in the draft also any cowboy fan knows that both Terrell Owens and Tank Johnson had off field issues and both have become great additions to the cowboys roster so why not give pacman a shot giving up a 5th rd pick wouldnt be much expecially if he pans out and if not its no different than having drafted a 5th rd pick that you end up cutting so it really wouldnt hurt them anyway.
