Jets Hope; Harry Mangini

Most of you know how I've treated the Jets with the wrong emotions and have maybe in your eyes, crossed the line. What I was trying to portray was the idea of hope. Look, the Jets are statistically not a great team, and I was not the first to criticize them, but what does resemble the Jets is hope.

The Jets have made many struggles upon difficult decisions they had to make each season. They hired a new coach and Edwards was kicked to Kansas City, but above all the criticism and talk about the Jets hope is what brings this team together. Recently, I have found documents about my article When Will The New York Jets Win? I am disgusted about how you would portray my ideas and thought like that. I had some of my opinions and you had yours, but you have to admit, the Jets are not the best team around. You gave me cruel talk-back of how THEY ROCK or how good they will be. That, I find perfectly fine because hope is what the Jets are all about!

Hope is what makes the sport fun; Hope, is what makes us scream at the TV; Hope, is what makes the sweet crisp potato chips delectable! Hope is what being a fan is all about! It doesn't matter about underdogs or statistics, the only reason why I said these things is because Hope wasn't in sight then. But now fellow Jets fans, I see it. What do you think made the Giants win the Superbowl; ya, hard players, but the giants hope and determination gave appeal into their eyes. And no matter what you think about the Jets, It is the fan's opinion only. You're probably reading this and saying this guy has got to be kidding, but all this talk about false hope has got everyone outrageous, but in my eyes, there has never been anything false about hopeTM! We can believe what we want to and-someday when the Jets arise from their defeats, you will then notice hope, four letters ringing across sports unidentified.

To end and really talk about the reason this all happened, we start with Mangini. If you noticed this article has a sub-title of Harry Mangini (the great magician who will lead this team). He has done a superb job at raising the Jets especially with Clemens as the quaterback. He has turned some-players into fine football heroes of the game! I believe that these first years, the Jets didn't make the cut because he's new and needs to know the team better. As the years go along, soon the Jets will become the equivalent of the patriots at their underdog victory and the giants as they become rich, I repeat VERY RICH! Mangini is our magician.

To end on this note, I say sorry fans for my article if that offended you, but I never had a chance to speak about hope. And even though they are not the best statistical team, they did do so-well, so Jets, keep up the fine work. Good-bye fans, and goodbye cruelty, because a new hope just dragged in. JETS SPIRIT!!!!!!!!!!!
