Roger Federer’s hold on the No. 2 spot in the Emirates ATP Rankings is on the line heading into the first ATP World Tour Masters 1000 tournament of the season in Indian Wells. Federer, who is defending 1000 points as the reigning champion at the BNP Paribas Open, could be overtaken by Andy Murray if the Scot reaches the final.
