With a new week set to begin, WWE presents another new episode of WWE Monday Night Raw!

This episode will be a special one, though, as the flagship show goes old school. The first time the show went old school was in November 2010, and the show was full of surprises. WWE has gone over five points for this old school episode, which includes returns and hype for WrestleMania.

Let’s see what they have in store for the WWE Universe this week!

A Real American: What’s Next for Zeb Colter and His Mission Against Alberto Del Rio?

A few weeks before the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, Jack Swagger made his return to the WWE after a five-month hiatus. He didn’t come alone, though. In his corner was Zeb Colter, a man who was against immigrants coming into the United States.

His views rubbed off on Swagger, and now, Colter does all of the talking for him. At the Chamber PPV, Swagger would shock the WWE Universe by winning the Elimination Chamber match and gaining a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship in the process at WrestleMania.

With the world champion being of Mexican descent, Colter has been having a field day with the situation. Whether he targeted Alberto Del Rio for being from another country or because he accomplished the American dream, Colter has been saying some controversial things.

With Swagger’s big championship match against Del Rio at WrestleMania XXIX just five weeks away, what will Colter say next? Will he ever accomplish his mission of eliminating Del Rio from the United States? Could Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez have some kind of plan to shut him up?

Revenge: Will The Shield Target Randy Orton?

After The Shield debuted at Survivor Series, they attacked everyone from the top stars in the company to lower-level talent. One of their targets was Randy Orton, who they put out with an injury before the TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs event in December.

When Orton returned, he resumed his feud with The Shield, but they distanced themselves from each other around mid-January. Orton would begin to concentrate on the World Heavyweight Championship, but after losing the No. 1 contender spot in the Elimination Chamber match, WWE’s Apex Predator turned his sights back to Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns.

Last week on Raw, The Shield challenged anyone to fight them, and that brought out Sheamus. The Celtic Warrior dared them to meet him on the ramp, which both Ambrose and Reigns did. That left Rollins in the ring by himself. The Viper would slither into the ring and hit an RKO on Rollins and slide right out before the other two could get back to the ring.

Orton has struck, but did that just put a target on his back? Will The Shield take out Orton again, or does the nine-time world champion have a plan?

The Rock and Triple H to Appear: What Will They Have to Say?

Last week on Raw, the WWE Universe saw a return and a definitive challenger crowned for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania.

At the beginning of the show, Vince McMahon and Paul Heyman were having a fight. That saw Brock Lesnar come out to attack Mr. McMahon again, but this time, the chairman had some backup. Triple H made his first appearance on WWE television since SummerSlam and really took it to Lesnar.

The Game left Lesnar bleeding pretty badly, and even though he was smiling at the end, Lesnar backed off from a fight for the first time since his return last year. Triple H suffered a loss at the hands of Lesnar at SummerSlam, and it seems like The Game is not only back to prevent his father-in-law from getting F-5’d again, but he’s back for revenge.

What will Triple H have to say about what happened last week? Could Triple H and Lesnar cross paths? Will fans see Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar II at WrestleMania?

At the Royal Rumble PPV, not only did The Rock defeat CM Punk to win the WWE Championship, but John Cena won the Royal Rumble match and ultimately chose to challenge The Rock.

After the People’s Champion retained his title against Punk at the Elimination Chamber, Punk demanded that Cena hand his title shot over to him. Cena said he would have to earn it. Last week, Cena defeated Punk, and now, The Rock vs. John Cena II for the WWE Championship is officially set.

Will The Rock have anything to say to his WrestleMania opponent? Will he and  Cena come face to face?

Old School Raw: What Kind of Surprises Are in Store?

wwe.com

In November 2010, WWE presented the first Old School Raw. With appearances from various legends from WWE’s past, old logos and many trips down memory lane, the first-ever show was a lot of fun for fans in attendance and the many watching at home.

Not only are Attitude Era stars The Rock and Triple H going to appear, but WWE confirmed four more past Superstars. So far set to return are: Ric Flair, “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase, Dusty Rhodes and Jim Duggan, all of whom are WWE Hall of Famers.

They most likely won’t be the only Superstars from WWE’s past to show up, so who else could be appearing? Will more Attitude Era stars stop by, or are more legends set to appear?

Not only will more past WWE Superstars most likely be showing up, but also expect many more surprises as well.

The Best in the World: What’s in Store for CM Punk at WrestleMania?

For 434 days, CM Punk held the WWE Championship. From the 2011 Survivor Series to the 2013 Royal Rumble, Punk had proven that he truly was the “Best in the World” as he calls himself.

His long reign as champion finally came to an end at January’s Royal Rumble when he was defeated by The Rock, who won his first WWE Championship in a decade that night. Punk refused to take the loss lying down, though, and immediately invoked his rematch for the Elimination Chamber PPV.

Punk failed to regain the WWE Championship, and last week on Raw, he failed at gaining a shot at the title at WrestleMania. Cena would defeat Punk for the first time since their feud started at the 2011 Money in the Bank event, and Punk was left with nothing.

Cena is now on his way to WrestleMania XXIX to face The Rock for the WWE Championship, but CM Punk is now out of the title picture for the first time in over a year.

With WrestleMania being the biggest show of the year, will Punk be looking to make an impact? Will he try to outdo a Rock/Cena rematch over the WWE Championship? Could somebody challenge him, or will he be doing the challenging?

This episode of WWE Monday Night Raw should be quite the fun one. With surprises in store and buildup for WrestleMania in full swing, WWE looks to start the week off with a bang. How will this episode turn out? Tune in to find out!
