WWE News: Chris Jericho's TV Return Date Revealed
Courtesy WWE.com
With the exception of his recent Skype interview on SmackDown, Chris Jericho has not been seen on WWE TV in weeks.
Overall, this is not really surprising, as "The Ayatollah of Rock and Rolla" is simply living up to his nickname by touring with his band Fozzy.
I give Jericho a ton of credit, especially considering he could have easily just came back for a Royal Rumble one off and been done.
However, he, much like The Rock is taking time out of his schedule to give back to the company that made him. That said, it appears that Y2J will be making his Raw return on Monday March 11 live in Indianapolis.
This comes according to WWE.com's touring schedule, which also lists the star's official WWE return as Saturday March 9 at a live event in Colorado.
Ultimately, only time will tell what the future holds for Jericho.
Keep in mind, the last time we saw Jericho he was a face. However, if history has taught us anything, we can probably bank on a Jericho heel turn prior to "The Granddaddy of Them All," Especially considering he has played that very role for his last three appearances at this event.
Whatever happens, you can rest assured that Jericho will give his all to ensure that both the fans and the company get their money's worth.
In the end, we can probably plan on a post-'Mania hiatus from Jericho, as his band is slated for another leg of its 2013 tour beginning April 11.
