The Green Bay Packers are about $21 million under the NFL salary cap that was set Thursday.

Multiple reports said the NFL has informed teams and agents that the 2013 cap is $123.9 million. The Packers carried over about $7 million in cap room from last season, so their cap number in effect is about $131 million.
