Miami Dolphins Could Receive an Early Compensatory Pick in 2013

One of the major mysteries of the NFL centers on how the league calculates compensatory picks.
You have to be good at calculus to understand the complicated formula, which factors in the free agents a team signs, and the free agents they lose each year.
Some people are better at projecting compensatory picks than others. However, the cliffnotes version of it is.....if a team isn't very active in free agency (the Miami Dolphins weren't last offseason) they usually benefit by getting these bonus draft picks.
