Jameson Taillon did not do too badly in his first Grapefruit League start against a watered-down Boston Red Sox lineup.

The heralded 21-year-old Double-A right-hander, who is Pittsburgh's second-highest rated prospect according to Baseball America, allowed just one run, (unearned), two hits with three strikeouts and one walk at McKechnie Field.
