Terry Richardson feels he is in a familiar place.

As the Jaguars’ new running backs coach, he’s part of a rebuilding team that feels similar to when he started his college coaching career at the University of Connecticut in 1999.

At the time, UConn was going through the transition of making the jump to Division 1-A in football in 2000.
