Houston Aeros 2012-13 Record: 28-20-4-3, 63 points, Third Place in South Division The Houston Aeros, the Minnesota Wild’s American Hockey League affiliate, split a home-and-home series with the Oklahoma City Barons over the weekend to remain in third place in the AHL’s South Division. On Friday, the Aeros finished an eight-game road trip with a visit to Oklahoma City, falling in a 4-3 game. Houston scored three, third-period goals to mount a comeback but couldn’t find the equalizer. C David McIntyre scored twice to lead the Aeros, while G Matt Hackett made 26 saves in the loss.
