Peter Regin scored in the fifth round of the shootout and Ben Bishop made 44 saves in regulation and overtime, leading the Ottawa Senators to a 2-1 win over the Montreal Canadiens on Monday night.
Jakob Silfverberg also scored in the shootout for Ottawa, while David Desharnais replied for Montreal.
