Hardest-Working Strikers in the Premier League
Some strikers stand around and wait for glory to come their way; others search it out and spend a typical 90 minutes in perpetual motion.
This clip hails the Premier League’s hardest-working forwards. They might not be the most prolific in terms of goals, but all of those mentioned here are certainly prolific in terms of their work rate.
Liverpool’s Luis Suarez is a great place to start. The Uruguayan has often been criticized for his attitude, but his tireless running for Liverpool deserves recognition. Suarez is as honest as they come when it comes to covering the hard yards.
Manchester City’s Carlos Tevez is another fine example. Tevez has his detractors, but nobody can question his application in a Manchester City shirt. The Argentine barely stops moving when he gets the chance to play these days.
In this clip, B/R’s Will Tidey and Michael Cumming run down some of the hardest-working strikers England’s Premier League has to offer. Be sure to leave your comments and suggestions below.
