MMA Fighters Who Can Back Up Their Trash Talk in the Cage

Jonathan Snowden@JESnowdenCombat Sports Senior WriterFebruary 25, 2013

Chael Sonnen is the master of trash talk. Even his biggest detractors admit it, giving credit where it is due.

But Chael better hold tight to his title—because another UFC star has her eyes on the prize.

That's right—I said her.

The UFC is the proud new home of women's MMA, and the top star, Ronda Rousey, is capable of more than just ripping arms to shreds and posing for pictures. She's also the best interview in the sport.

What I love about Ronda is that their is none of the "wink, wink this is all a show" stuff that makes Sonnen hard to take especially seriously sometimes. Ronda is not playing around. When she says she's coming to hurt someone—she means it.

Who else talks a good game and backs it up too? Let me know in the comments.
