The Kansas City Chiefs are at the 2013 NFL Scouting Combine checking out the prospects and rumors emerging from Indianapolis are that QB Matt Cassel is on his way out.
There has been some speculation in the media that Cassel would be offered a pay cut to stay in town as a backup.
