Heading into National Signing Day just over two weeks ago, Auburn defensive line and associate head coach Rodney Garner was optimistic about the players the Tigers were going to sign, but there is always some doubt about who will actually sign on the dotted line. After more than 20 years of recruiting battles, nothing would have caught Garner by surprise.
