Steelers Put Two-Year Deal On the Table For Leftwich

This just in...The Pittsburgh Steelers offered Byron Leftwich a two-year contract that will pay him $620,000 in 2009 and $755,000 in 2010.

Few specific details about the agreement are known, but you could assume Leftwich has not received many great contract offers.

The Steelers' other main priority at the quarterback position was re-signing Charlie Batch.
