Chip Kelly's jump to the NFL could have come one year earlier. The former Oregon was offered the Tampa Bay Bucs head coaching job last year. Kelly turned it down. He took the Eagles gig one year later.

One man's trash proved to be another man's treasure. Former Rutgers coach Greg Schiano is grateful Kelly passed on the opportunity. Schiano was next on Tampa's list of coaching candidates. He made the jump to the NFL last January.
