I am going to reveal the true draft the Falcons are wishing for this year. Some of it might surprise you.

This year's Draft plan:

With the 24th pick we are looking to select Pat White. I mean Pat White is the next Vick and that worked out so perfectly, why wouldn't we do it again?

Then we will trade away some of our lower round picks, because, well, no one good has ever come out of the late rounds. Right? No no one.

We would then use those picks on a corner which is exactly what we need. I mean we have a corner problem and we know how well rookie corners play; great, that's how they play.

This is a need, because the Falcons don't have a lot of young corners.

So now we have filled two very important needs; back up quarterback and a young corner.

On to the next position, kicker. I think with the next pick, which would probably be in the third round, we should draft a kicker. I mean Elam isn't getting any younger.

Which kicker? Well what about David Buehler. He is from USC which means he knows Pete Carroll. This could give us the inside track in negotiating with Pete in future seasons.

So that is it for the Falcons draft plan.

Are you pumped?  I know I am.

Oh before I go there is also a rumor that we might be trying to trade for D-Hall. Wouldn't that be great? I know.
