Full Ride: Odds on Who Lands No. 1 Recruit Da'Shawn Hand
We’ve already turned the page on the 2013 recruiting class, and we now have our sights set on 2014. Starting near the top, you’ll like see a name that you’ll hear early and often over the next 12 months.
Virginia defensive end Da'Shawn Hand is a freak. I could probably leave it at that (and let his film do the rest of the talking), because the 6’4” 245-pound sack machine has the potential to be a game-changer on defense.
The name Jadeveon Clowney comes to mind, and that’s a name you could hear come up in Hand’s recruitment in more ways than one.
Although it’s very, very early in the recruiting cycle, it’s never too early to handicap some potential college landing spots. To do that, we go to our odds board and outline the five teams currently in the best position.
