In a move that was already bound to happen, it came to fruition about an hour ago. Defensemen Luca Sbisa will return to the Flyers organization and join the Phantoms since his junior season has just ended.

Sbisa, 19, played 39 games this season for the Flyers while collecting seven assists.

Sbisa was sent back to the Lethbridge Hurricanes of the Western Hockey League, according to GM Paul Holmgren. Sbisa will be available for the Phantoms' final two regular season games this weekend against the Hershey Bears.

Its pretty much a guarantee that we will see No. 47 again playing the back line for the Flyers once the playoffs begin.

In 18 games with the Hurricanes this season, Sbisa scored four goals and recorded 11 assists for 15 points while collecting 19 penalty minutes. In 11 playoff games, Sbisa had two goals and an assist along with 12 penalty minutes.
