Phoenix - Brewers manager Ron Roenicke was told Tuesday of the magnanimous offer of Corey Hart to Mat Gamel, who is facing a second surgery for a torn ACL in his right knee in less than a year.
Hart, who is doing his own rehab after knee surgery, invited Gamel to move into his house here to provide support as he faces another long, grueling comeback. Roenicke said that did not surprise him one bit.
