Tennessee Titans Weigh Options for Franchise Tag

Starting Monday, the Titans will have a two-week window to use a franchise tag on one of their free agents. The team isn’t expected to make the move immediately, however.
While the Titans aren’t obligated to use the tag, they’re expected to do so — on tight end Jared Cook.
