Video: Francesco Totti's Rocket That Sealed Roma Victory over Juventus

Francesco Totti has done for Roma what the likes of many teams before them haven't been able to do this season...beat Juventus. And whilst the victory over the defending Serie A champions only temporarily moves Roma into seventh place in the league, there is no denying that the 1-0 victory is just what the Giallorossi needed at this point in the season.

In what was a poor performance by Antonio Conte's men, Roma capitalised on The Old Lady's Champions League fatigue to secure victory at home. 1-0 may not be the flashiest of victories in most people's books, but living football legend Francesco Totti may have had something to say about that.

Totti scored the home side's only goal throughout the course of the match, and it was a rocket! It takes something special to beat Gianluigi Buffon from range, and Totti more than compensated for that, launching a screamer into the top left corner of the net.

The second-half strike left Juventus reeling, and despite their best efforts to get back into the match, Roma were able to hold on until the final whistle.

At 36 years of age, Totti has most definitely aged gracefully in Italy's topflight. Then again, one would only have to look to the likes of Alessandro Del Piero, Andrea Pirlo, Alessandro Nesta and Paolo Maldini to realise that Totti's rich vein of form in the latter stages of his career isn't an isolated case.

Enjoy him while you still can!
