There’s no question that Dolphins GM Jeff Ireland has the team well positioned for 2013 and beyond, with more than $40 million in salary-cap space this offseason and nine picks in April’s draft, including multiple selections in the second and third rounds. The tricky part is to actually hit on his draft picks and free agent signees – especially at wide receiver, where the Dolphins badly need to find at least one top target for Ryan Tannehill.
