Reds' Votto Eager to Test Knee in Spring Training

Joey Votto is eager to see how his left knee holds up during spring training. The Cincinnati Reds first baseman also is looking forward to his first home run.
Votto didn't hit a homer after June 24 last season because of an injured left knee that required two operations and robbed him of his power. He was reduced to hitting mostly singles after he returned.
