Gus Malzahn is distancing himself from Auburn's troubled 2012 football season. The new Auburn coach passed on a chance to review the linebacker play at the Greater Birmingham Auburn Club on Tuesday night, and when it came to the team overall, he's starting with a clean slate.
"All I can tell you is we're moving forward," Malzahn said.
