In his second year as a head coach in the NFL, Mike Tomlin took the Pittsburgh Steelers to their sixth Super Bowl victory. Tomlin won with a true winner's attitude, just like Hall of Fame coach Chuck Noll.
Knoll was never outspoken, never in the public's eye. Nothing was good enough for Chuck Noll.
Tomlin stated that he was not concentrating on the amazing Super Bowl XLIII win but more on the offseason and the improvements the team should and could make.
"Mean" Joe Greene once stated that Noll gave the team a speech after Super Bowl IX, talking about his plans on improvement for the following year.
