Sergio Ramos has conceded he was at fault for Danny Welbeck's goal at the Bernabéu on what the Real Madrid defender said was a "bittersweet night" against Manchester United.

The Spain international admitted the Manchester United forward beat him in the air to score the opening goal in the Champions League last-16 first-leg tie, but said the corner should never have been awarded.
