New NCAA Rule Would Outlaw Boise State's All-Blue Uniforms

Boise State’s football team will not be allowed to wear all-blue uniforms for home games if a new NCAA rule is adopted. The NCAA Football Rules Committee proposed several rules changes on Wednesday, including this one: To require teams to have either their jersey or pants contrast in color to the playing field.
