The Miami Heat overcame a slow start to take down the Portland Trail Blazers, 117-104, in Miami on Tuesday night.
The Heat trailed, 33-29, at the end of the first quarter, but they won each of the next three and took the fourth by a score of 33-21 to slam the door.
The Heat shot better from the floor in this game, and they also pulled off the rare feat of winning the battle on the boards to the tune of 32-25.

Player of the Game: LeBron James
Someone needs to start making up some new superlatives because the ones we have are proving inadequate to describe James' recent hot streak.
For the sixth straight game, LBJ dropped in at least 30 points while taking less than 20 shots. On this night, James wound up with 30 points on 11-of-15 shooting.
He also dished out nine assists to go with six boards, three steals and two blocks.
The Blazers will wrap up a six-game road trip in New Orleans with a game against the Hornets on Wednesday. That will be their last game before the All-Star break.
The Heat also have just one game remaining before the break, and it should be a good one as they will travel to take on the Oklahoma City Thunder in a rematch of last year's NBA Finals.
