Five players scored in double-figures as No. 7/6 Florida used an efficient offense and a disruptive defense to run away from No. 25 Kentucky, 69-52, Tuesday night at the O’Connell Center.

The victory moved the Gators to 20-3 on the season and 10-1 in SEC play, the 15th straight year that the Gators have reached 20 wins after doing so just five times in 77 years prior to the arrival of head coach Billy Donovan. Kentucky dropped to 17-7, 8-3 in SEC play and two games behind the Gators in the standings.
