Over the years, we have seen generations of high flying wrestlers ranging from a simple splash to a corkscrew shooting star press leg drop (don't laugh, it's out there on YouTube).
And WWE has a long list of that type of talent pulling off some of the most dangerous stunts in the company's history. The majority of them involving a ladder or a steel cage.
WWE fans always have a love for the athletes that try to take their stunt to the next level. That's why stars like Jeff Hardy and Rob Van Dam were born. Extreme Championship Wrestling made a name for themselves by always setting the bar to knock it down at the next pay-per-view.
In WWE, there weren't as many scaffolding matches or barbed wire massacres. But the company has had a lot of large leaps in their time that are still remembered by fans today.
While some might expect to see Mick Foley on the list, he was thrown that height. This list showcases some of the most extreme leaps that superstars have taken in hopes of gaining the victory. And while some of the names didn't win the match, at least they stole a good portion of the spotlight with their jump.
